Tim Strafinsky

Tim Strafinsky is a producer and dj from Ghent [BE], and founder of the techno movement esc.

Despite his background in industrial and underground hardcore during the late 2000s and early 2010s, Tim developed a deep appreciation for the slower pace and more refined character of techno music, particularly its deeper sound.

Tim's musical direction, with a strong emphasis on ambient techno, evokes a wide range of emotions. While maintaining a dancefloor oriented flow, his sets and productions prioritise a sense of melancholia, dark euphoria, and a never ending ethereal atmosphere.

His first solo EP was released on Coincidence Records in 2020.
